  • 1 cupPowdered ranch mix, or powdered sour cream and spices
  • 2 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1 tbspOnion powder
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 2 tbspPepper
  • 2 tbspHot sauce
  • 2 tbspPaprika
  • 1 pinchHickory or maple smoke
  • brine
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1/3 cupMaple syrup
  • 1/3 cupVanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all rest ingredients with ingredients in either option 1 or 2. Batter chicken that has sat in brine for several hours. Par-fry once battered, then bake to finish cooking.
