Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tbs. cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread in an untreated 9 inch square baking pan.

Combine Brown sugar and remaining cocoa powder; sprinkle all of it over batter.
- 6
Pour hot water gentle over all; do NOT stir.
- 7
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
