My mother taught me this recipe. Ever since then I've been making flan. People will beg for you to make this amazingly creamy flan.

Put about a cup of the sugar on a pan. Stir until melted/caramelized. Pour in your dish. Let dry.

Blending time: 7 eggs, dash of vanilla extract, 1 evaporated milk, 1 lechera. Pour this in your dish with sugar on the bottom.

Add in 1/2 cream cheese, 1 evaporated milk, 1 lechera, pour milk into the etmpty evaporated milk can. Pour into your dish.

Oven should be at 350°F. Place your dish into a bigger dish. Now you will cook this flan "baño maria". In the big dish add about 2 measuring cups of water. Put flan into oven. Cooks in about an 1hr 30 min. Poke in the middle of flan with a cake knife to see if fully cooked.

When fully cooked. Let sit out for an 1hr or until cooled. Place in refrigerator. Serve cold. Enjoy!
