  • 2 cupcake flour (regular works too)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 4 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupmayonaise
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tspvanilla

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    SIFT all dry ingredients together

  3. 3

    add wet ingredients

  4. 4

    beat for 2 minutes or do 209 strokes

  5. 5

    bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
