  1. 1 smallRed Onion
  2. 1/2 cupPlain fat-free Yogurt
  3. 1/2 tspCajun Seasoning
  4. 1 headRomaine Lettuce
  5. 1 mediumCucumber, Peeled, Seeded, Sliced
  6. 4Boneless Chicken Breasts, Sliced
  7. 1Salt and Pepper To Taste

  1. 1

    Mince onion to equal 1 tablespoon and slice remainder into rings.

  2. 2

    Whisk yogurt, Cajun seasoning, and minced onion in mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Add lettuce, cucmber, onion rings and toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper and serve on lettuce with sliced chicken.
