Steps

Clean wash and deveined the prawns.

Marinate the prawns with salt turmeric and 1/2 tsp pepper powder for 10 minutes.

Heat butter in a non stick pan.

Add sliced onion and slit green chillies.

Add the prawns into the pan.

Add salt and pepper powder into the prawns.

Toss it.Add 1table spoon water.cook on high flame till the all the water evaporate.

Serve hot with roti or nan.
