put 2tbsp oil in medium hot skillet

slice meat in 1 inch strips

cook meat for about 10 minutes

add beef broth to skillet. bring to boil. lower heat to simmer for a hour to tenderize.

close to the hour mark start cooking your pasta.

once pasta is cooked drain & rinse in cold water.

mix all contents of beef (with the broth), Alfredo sauce & mushrooms together in skillet.

cook sauce mixture over medium heat until bubbly

add in the pasta, mix, cook an additional 5 minutes.
