Ingredients

8 servings
  • 16 ozelbow macaroni
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1/2green peppers, chopped
  • 2 cupsharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 canevaporated milk
  • 4eggs, beaten
  • 1salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Steps

    Boil macaroni until tender

  2. 2

    Saute the onions and green peppers until translucent.

  3. 3

    Drain noodles and place back into the pot along with the onions and green peppers.

  4. 4

    Stir in evaporated milk over low heat.

  5. 5

    Add cheese and mix until melted.

  6. 6

    Add seasoning to taste and stir in the beaten eggs.

  7. 7

    Put into greased casserole pan.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle some of the shredded cheese evenly over the top.

  9. 9

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (or until mixture has set).

  10. 10

    Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
