Ingredients

6 servings
  • 16 ozcan refried beans
  • 1 tbsptaco seasoning mix
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 cupsalsa
  • 1 cupshredded lettuce
  • 1 cupfinely shredded Mexican - style four- cheese blend
  • 4green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbspripe olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1Tortilla cups

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Mix beans and seasoning mix.

  2. 2

    Spread onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish.

  3. 3

    Layer all remaining ingredients except tortilla cups/chips over bean mixture.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

  5. 5

    Serve with tortilla cups/chips.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate leftovers
