Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cupFlour
  • 1 cupCold butter tabs
  • next step
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspWhite vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and flour w two forks until course meal. Make a fist- if holds together, mix enough

  2. 2

    Mix vinegar mixture w flour mixture until moist but not sticky

  3. 3

    Bring it together, cut in 1/2, mold in disk- about 1 inch thick, cover in plastic and fridge for an hour.
