Rajma ko over night soak karke rakhe.

Uske baad rajma ko boiled karein.

Oil ko cooker me garam kar hing and cumin seeds daale..ab finely chopped ki hue onion daal kar saute karein.

Thoda colour change hone per isme chopped green chilli,ginger garlic paste and tomatoes daal kar saute karein..sath hi sare masale mix karein or oil chodne tak ache se bhun le.

Masala bhun jane per isme boiled kiye huye rajma and water add karein or 4-5 whistles aane de.

4-5 whistles aane per low flame kar garam masala and green coriander add karein 5 minutes tak cook karein.

Garma garam serve karein....
