Ingredients

  1. 1 cupKhatta dahi
  2. 1 cupSemolina
  3. 1Eno pouch
  4. As needed Fresh Coriander or mint leaves few
  5. 1 spoonRai
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 spoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Smooth curd with water.

  2. 2

    Add semolina, smooth curd, sakt and make batter.

  3. 3

    Grease a plastic mould with oil.

  4. 4

    Add eno in batter and pour into the mould.

  5. 5

    Microwave it fir 6 to 8 minute.

  6. 6

    Khatta dhokla is ready.

  7. 7

    Add 1 spoon oil in tadka pan, add rai and curry leaves, pour it on dhokla.
