Sabse pehle carrots ko achhe se wash karke kaddu kass kar le.

Ab ek patile me milk ko boil kariye.

Ab ek kadhai me Ghee dal kar garam kar le. Ab isme chopped carrots ko dal kar mix karein.ab 10 minutes ke liye dhak kar pakaye.

Pakne ke baad boiled milk dale aur mix karein ab thori der 10 minutes ke liye chalaye.

Ab khoye ko kes kar usme dale,aur dryfruits ko bhi barik Kat kar dal de. Aur sugar bhi dal kar mix karein.

Ab ise tab tak chalaye jab tak puri tarah se dry na ho jaye.

Ab taiyar halwe ko ek bowl me nikaal kar coconut ko uper se decoration kar hot hot serve karen.
