Steps
- 1
Place 3 different bowls down to work with and add your butter and sugar
- 2
Mix your butter and sugar in the bowl and turn till it turns creamy
- 3
Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and add to your butter and sugar mixture then incorporate together
- 4
Add your flavour
- 5
Mix dry ingredients (flour, nutmeg, baking powder) together in a separate bowl and add together to the butter and sugar mixture
- 6
For the other flavour, add the pink food coloring only after you have thoroughly mixed the dry ingredients with the egg, sugar and butter mixture. Same goes for when you are adding the cocoa powder and browning to the third bowl.
- 7
Cream and dust your pan and put your batter(mixture) in it.
- 8
If you are using small pans like mine, use a tablespoon to scoop your batter
- 9
Scoop the first flavour you want to one side of the pan and add the other flavour directly beside then the third flavor directly beside too.
- 10
Put in batches into the already pre-heated oven.
- 11
It should be done in 10-15mins if you are using small pans. But for big pan, 40-50mins
- 12
Cake is ready for consumption
