  • 2 lbpork butt
  • 1 dashlemon pepper
  • 1 dashgarlic salt
  • 1 quartpork lard
  • 1 1/2 mediumonion
  • 1 1/2 bunchcilantro
  • 1salsa

  1. 1

    cut pork into small pieces about 2" cubes

  2. 2

    season pork with both seasonings

  3. 3

    add lard into 2 qrt pot set on high flame cook till golden brown

  4. 4

    shred meat and add fixings and make tacos
