  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 2 cupFlour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 3 cupOats

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients in a large bowl (add oats last).

  2. 2

    Cover and chill dough for at least 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Place teaspoon sized balls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
