8 ozCream Cheese Softened
1 cupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 eachRed, Green or Yellow Peppers
24 eachBacon pre-cooked

Preheat OVEN to 450

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Slice peppers into 1 inch wide strips

Combine cream cheese with cheddar cheese. Fill each pepper slice with cheese mixture and set aside.

Press one cocktail sausage into the cheese in each pepper and wrap completely with one slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and bacon is crisp.
