250 mldouble cream
200 gramsmilk chocolate
4 tbspcocoa powder

heat double cream in pan til it begins to boil

break up chocolate in a bowl and pour the hot cream over it

stir cream and chocolate til it melts together. whisk it up

put the creamy chocolate in fridge and leave to set over approx 2 hours

once set, spoon out balls of chocolate on to cocoa powder dusted plate. roll the chocolate around so that it's fully coated
