Ingredients

  • 4Bananas (I used 4 1/2 bananas and it made 41 sandwiches)
  • 1Peanut Butter (can substitute soy butter to make nut free)
  • 1Baking Chocolate
  • 1Margarine
  • 1I did not put quantities for the ingredients as you can make as small or large a batch as you would like. It's all up to you!

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice 2 bananas thinly and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

  2. 2

    Spread peanut butter onto banana slices.

    Slice remaining bananas and cover the other slices to make little sandwiches.

    Put the baking sheet with banana sandwiches in the freezer for 30 minutes or until frozen.

  5. 5

    After the banana sandwiches are frozen, melt chocolate and margarine together until smooth.

  6. 6

    Use a spoon to cover the banana sandwiches with chocolate. (I used white and milk chocolate swirled chocolate chips)

  7. 7

    Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour. Thaw a few minutes before serving. Keep unused sandwiches in the freezer.
