Ingredients

  1. 1 tspgarlic (minced)
  2. 1/4 cupketchup or 1/2 depends
  3. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1 tbspyou can choose either vegetable or olive oil
  7. 1Boneless, skinless pork chops (i used thinly sliced chops)
  8. 1 tspA-1 sauce ( extra tang)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil, til it gets really hot on medium to low heat.

  2. 2

    Take pork chops and rinse them in water, and cut them however you want.

  3. 3

    When pan is hot (splash with water) carefully put porkchops in. Brown on both sides.

  4. 4

    When pork chops are browned; add ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice, water, and garlic.

  5. 5

    Heat to boiling, toss pork chops in sauce to coat evenly.

  6. 6

    Dont keep it boiling too long or sauce will burn (i learned the hard way). I also cooked rice on the side :) it only took about 15-20 mins to cook pork chops.
