I wanted to make something new and I had a bunch of spinach and pasta so I threw this together and didn't expect it to be near as good as it was! Or to make as much leftovers as it did but it worked out great and made enough for lunch for two and another dinner for two.

Ingredients

1 boxpenne
1 boxfrozen spinach
2chicken breasts
2 tbspitalian seasoning
cayenne pepper
1 tbspoil
1 1/2 canprego spinach Florentine spaghetti sauce
1 cupshredded cheese (optional)
2 tbspfeta (optional)

20 mins

Cube chicken and brown in a large sauce pan with seasonings and oil

Cook pasta until soft and add frozen spinach. Boil until spinach thaws

Drain pasta and add to pan with pasta sauce and chicken. Stir and let simmer about 5 mins

Top with cheese and serve warm.
