Ingredients

2 lbcarrots, sliced
1 canTomato soup
3/4 cupvinegar
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 largeonion, sliced
1Bell pepper, sliced
1 cupsugar

Steps

Peel carrots; cook in salted water. Drain, then let cool.

Mix soup, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Pour over carrots, onions, and bell peppers.

Let set overnight.
