3 cupAll purpose flour
1/3 tspSalt

Mix the flour with the scraped coconut n salt,add little by little water to make it like biscuit powder,
Don't over mix like dough,make it like biscuit powder,n put it in a puttu mould n steam it for 5 min.then wen finish u can take it out.
Can have with some gravy
