Cut onion into small pieces heat oil in a deep frypan or wok

Add the onion to the heated pan and fry for 2 mins until onions are transparent

Add the garlic to the onions and fry for 1 minute

Cut chicken up into strips

Add the chicken and fry until chicken is white in colour then add the green chilli chopped

Add all the dried spices and stir

Add the can of tomatoes and bring to boil. Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes then add the water with chicken stock

Add salt & pepper

Then add the sweet peppers and serve.

A sweet dip would go nice with this dish to cool the mouth
