In a bowl, add the egg whites, oil, water, lemon juice and vanilla. Whisk until the eggs are frothy.

Add flour, cornflour, sugar, and salt to the egg mixture. Whisk until you have a smooth batter.

Divide the batter in two separate bowls. Keep 1tbsp of plain batter for later. Add your favourite colour to the batter and mix well.

Then refrigerate them for 2 hours. Meanwhile, line your baking sheets with parchment paper. On the small pieces of paper write down your words.
Preheat the oven to 160C. - 7
After 2 hours, take 1 tbsp batter for each cookie and with the back of a spoon spread out a thin circle batter.

Now for making heart shapes on the cookies, use a drop of plain batter or colour batter

And using a toothpick, create a heart with tail or plain dots (as you see in the photos).

Bake them in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until outer edge is brown. Keep an eye in them because every oven is different.

Once cookies are done, now you should do rest of process faster, because cookies goes hard quickly.
Flip cookies over and place the fortune in the middle of cookie and fold in half and put it on the edge of a bowl to keep the shape (as you see in the photo) - 16
