Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl - mix well

Pour oil into a separate bowl

Dip each fish strip into the oil then roll them through the dry mixture and lay on cookie sheet

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
