I used to live in Warsaw , Poland. What a beautiful country and very friendly people. I have learned this recipe from a Polish friend. It is easy and very tasty pancakes AND it is very similar to our Persian style koko sibzamini.

In a bowl, grate potatoes and onion on the star shape grater.

Add egg, spices and flour to the grated potatoes and onion. Whisk the mixture very well.

Heat up the saucepan with the olive oil over medium heat, add 2 tbs of mixture. Fry one side then flip to the other side and let it to fry until golden brown.
Garnish it with cream and herbs. - 7
