Ingredients

  • 3 tbspCacao powder / chocolate powder
  • 1/2 tbspBrown sugar (if using bitter cacao powder)
  • 1 cupFresh espresso (or instant espresso)
  • Frozen milk cubes (or milk & ice at a push)
  • 1Professional ice blender

Steps

  1. 1

    Freeze your milk into an ice cube tray (do 8-10 cubes)

  2. 2

    Prepare your espresso / boil instant espresso, and mix with sugar and chocolate/cacao powder. Then add to blender

  3. 3

    Add all of the ingredients, including the frozen milk cubes, to your ice blender (add them gradually if your blender isn't powerful enough)

  4. 4

    Serve with a cherry
