Steps

Add all the 3 aatas.Add boiled potato, salt, lal mirch powder, oil and water and knead the dough like puri aata.

Let the aata set for 10/15 minutes.

Take a plastic sheet, place the aata loee in it and roll it in puri size.
- 4
Gently place in deep fried oil kadai and fry on both sides. Puris r ready. 🙂
