1 litreMilk
250 gmSugar
Kaju for decoration
Ghee 1 tbl spoon

Grate Gajar and fry it into ghee in a deep kadai.

After it changes colour add milk and let it boil constantly.

Add sugar and again let it boil for 5/7 minutes more.

Turn it in bowl and garnish vth kaju ya ne dry fruits of choice.
