Soak sabudana overnight.

In kadai pour oil and add jeera. Once jeera splutter s add chopped aalo and salt and vy covering lid let it b cooked.

Occasionally stirring aalo once when it becomes soft add sabudana and salt accordingly.

In a mixy grind singdana and make in powder form. Add to sabudana.

In mixy make paste of green chilies and adrak, add it to sabudana.

Mix everything nicely and add lal mirch powder. Mix again and let it cook for 5 mins more.

Sabudana Khichdi is ready to serve, garnish vth Dhaniya patta. 🙂
