  • 2 tbspButter (Softened or Melted)
  • 3Bananas (Over Ripened)
  • 2 cupFlour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt

    Dissolve baking soda in sour cream.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, butter, and mashed bananas.

  3. 3

    Add flour, salt, and baking powder.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350°F...bake for 1 hour.
