2/3 cupwater
3 tbspbutter
3peeled sweet potatoes

Boil sugar, water,and butter together for 5 minutes

Cut sweet potatoes lengthwise place in greased pan

Pour syrup from pan over the sweet potatoes
4

Place in oven until a fork goes into the potatoe easily about 45 minutes
