Maida, rice flour, cornflour ka thick batter bana lijiye usme salt thoda sa add kar dijiye jyada nahi hona chahiye baad mein Sauces bhi add hongi

Ab veggies ko batter mein mix kar dijiye aur fry kar lijiye

Jyada crispi karne ke liye 2 times fry karein fry karne ke baad ek plate mein nikal lijiye

I pan mein sabhi sauces daal dijiye aur gas on kar lijiye gas high flame mein hi rakhenge Sauces mein jab bubbles aane lage usme fry veggies mix karein 2,3 sec mein gas band kar dijiye uper se herb aur til daal kar serve kijiye
