Steps

Take sooji in big bowl container.

Add oil and mix, add dahi and salt. Mix well

Add all veggies and water, let it set minimum for 15 mins.

In a pan, put little oil for shallow frying and pour utapam batter in circular form.

Cook utapam on both the sides. Can cover the lid if want soft and uncover if want bit crispy. Here i hv not covered.

Vegetable Uttapam is ready to serve. 🙂
