Mater paneer(shruti 's style😉)

Put kadhai on gas with low flame. Add 2 tbs ghee. When hot add 1/2 table spoon jeera in it. When it's brown add long, badi elaichi and all spices.. When they fry add onion in it

When onion comes golden brown add tomato in it. When it's complete fry leave it side for cool when completely cool group the it

Again put ghee in another kadhai or pan. Put half tbs jeera in it. Add red chiili. When jeera comes Brown add grind masala in it. And fry for two min. Then add sone basen in it. Again frying for 5 or more min. Add butter in it. Again stir for 1 or 2 min. Add malai in it, strir continuously.

After that add milk continuously stir for 2 min. Add mater and some water in it. And stir continuously. Add paneer and again stir for 1 min. Then add salt, garam masala cashews(if you want fried cashew fried saperately). Kasuri methi. Cover it and leave it for1-2 min.

Close the burner. Add chopped dhaniya and serve it hot
