Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoatmeal
  2. 1 1/4 cupboiling water
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1/2 cupveg oil
  7. 1 1/2 cupflour
  8. 1 tspbs
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oatmeal & water set aside

  2. 2

    Beat eggs sugars oil

  3. 3

    Add sifter flour bs salt cinnamon then add oatmeal mix

  4. 4

    Optional add raisins

  5. 5

    Greased and floured 9×13 pan

  6. 6

    Bake 350 for 30-35mins

  7. 7

    1 cup icining sugar vanilla milk= creamy consistency drizzle on top
