Roast the mushrooms on a pan, without oil.

Add oil to the pan when the mushrooms are dry.

When the mushrooms start to get a roasty color add the parsley leaves.

Chop the garlic and add to the pan, then add the salt&pepper.

When the mushrooms get a lovely brownish shade and have a good smell, it's time to serve
