1 cupham
1 cuponion
2 tbspmayo
200 gramscheddar cheese
5eggs
1frozen pie shell
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 tsppepper

pre heat oven to 375

chop your ham and onion

shred your cheese

whisk eggs and mayo

add your cheese and ham and onion to your egg mixture stirring all ingredients together.

pour your mixture into your pie shell place on cookie sheet cook for 35 minutes or until top is a nice golden brown.

Remove from oven let cool for 2minutes cut and serve .
