Ingredients

9 cupcooked white rice
1 lbbacon (chopped)
3eggs (beaten)
1bundle chives (chopped) (green onions also work)
1~3 T soy sauce

Steps

In large skillet or pot, fry bacon until crispy.

Remove bacon from pan, reserve ~3 T grease.

Add rice to saved grease, stirr occasionally or about 5 minutes.

Move rice to side, add eggs, scramble and mix into rice.

Add chies, bacon, and soy sauce. Stir and serve.
