  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 packagesbacon
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 canstewed tomatoes
  • 1 cantomato soup
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper

    Boil rice

  2. 2

    Cut bacon into inch long strips. In large skillet cook bacon and sauté onions.

  3. 3

    Add soup, tomatoes, rice, salt and pepper. simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
