50 gramsSelf Raising flour
50 gramsCaster Sugar
1Egg
50 gramsStork
Butter Icing
110 gramsIcing sugar
50 gramsStork

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. The more you mix, the bigger the cupcakes will be.

Place cake cases into a baking tray. Pour the mixture in the cases half way.

Cook for about 15 minutes. Touch the top of a cake and it should bounce back if they are cooked.

Add icing. Eat!
