    Pehle mung dal ko 2/3 ghante ke liye bhigode fir dhokar chhan le aur barik pees lijiye fir ek kadai me ghee garam karein aur pisa hua mung dal aur gud dalkar bhune lagatar chamach chalate hue bhune nehi toh kadai me chipak kar jal jayega jab achhse bhun jayega tab colour change karne lagega aur kacha smell bhi nehi ayega fir nariyal ka bura milakar gas off karde ek thali ko ghee se grease karle aur us misran ko failade aur haton se dabate hue charo taraf ek size se failade
