2 tbsppasta stars
2 tbspunsalted butter
1/2 smallgarlic clove
1 1/2 cupbutton mushroom
3tomato
1/4 cupgrated Cheddar cheese

cook the pasta

melt the butter in saucepan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds add mushroom and sauté for 3 mins

add tomato and cook covered until mushy (3-4 minutes)

stir in cheese until melted

puree vegetables and cheese mixture and stir in cooked pasta
