Chicken Stew with Vegetables

Heat the oil in a pot and add the onions to soften.

Add the carrots, then the bell peppers, and if desired, the mushrooms and corn.

Add the chicken, then season with salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Dilute the tomato paste in water and add it to the pot.

Let it simmer on low heat until cooked through. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
