Preheat oven to 350

cream margarine and sugar in a large bowl

Add egg, orange juice, flour, baking soda, baking powder salt and nuts.

Add grated carrot and mix well.

Place in 9-1/2 in x 5-1/2 in greased loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
