  2. 2shalgam
  3. 2onion
  4. 1 tbsbarik katta adrak
  5. 1 tbsbarik katta lahsun
  6. 2hari mirch
  7. 1small piece gur(Jaggery)
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker mein barik katta palak.shalgam and gur dal kar 1/2katori pani ke sath 2 whistle karvaye.

    Khol ke blend karein

  3. 3

    Desi ghee mein barik katta onion.ginger.garlic and hari mirch bhoone

  4. 4

    Salt and red chilli dale

  5. 5

    Ab sag dal ke ache se mix karein.

  6. 6

    Makki ki roti ke sath khaye.
