5 mediumapples, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tbspsugar
2 cupcheddar cheese, shredded
1 lbbreakfast sausage, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 1/2 cupbiscuit mix
1 1/2 cupmilk
1 largeegg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven at 375°

Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

Mix apples with sugar and spread evenly in dish.

Spread sausage and cheese on top.

Combine remaining ingredients and beat with electric mixer for about 30 seconds.

Pour mixture over cheese and sausage.

Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and apple's are done. Serve warm.
