  • 2 lbhamburger
  • 1 envelopeonion mushroom soup
  • 1 boxchicken stuffing
  • 1 enveloperanch Dips
  • pinchchipotle chili powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 canmushrooms
  • 1 tspliquid smoke
  • 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 packagesbacon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Mix hamburger, stuffing, soup mix, ranch, chili powder, and egg in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add mushrooms and cheese and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add liquid smoke. Mix.

  5. 5

    Layer pan with bacon. Place meatloaf in pan and cover top with bacon.

  6. 6

    Cover with foil. Place in oven for 35 minutes.

  7. 7

    Take of foil and let top crisp for 10-15 mins.
