Steps

Coat the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the uncooked rice to the bottom.

Pour the chicken broth over the rice slowly. Then add the chicken breasts on top.

Mix olive oil, white wine, salt, garlic, basil and parsley in a small bowl. Then pour over the chicken breasts.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve along side of your choice of veggies and top with Parmesan cheese.
